RE: pick my morning hunt stand.
The oak flat/bedding area stand is one of my favorites. Its set on top of a ridge thats loaded with acrons. To the right is where they feed at night (over grown field), and the bed on the next ridge behind the stand, in a THICK briar area. Access is fairly easy as well, I park at the base of the powerline, and walk right to the ridge, then an old logging road takes me within 20 yards of the stand.
