I try not to ASSUME but you said you are in college so if money is tight I would just leave it alone and hunt with it until you have the cash to have it redipped in camo. The animals you kill don't care if the gun is peeling camo or not and it isn't going to make it shoot any better.

If you want it fixed right now send it to be redipped in new camo of your choice. An entire shotgun, metal and stocks, will run you $200 - $250.
