Default Doe this past Saturday

I killed the first deer with my new Knight Black Shadow this past weekend - a doe that weighed in around 130 pounds. I used a sierra pro hunter 300 grain fn hp along with a black harvester crushed rib saobot in front of 100 grains of pyrodex pellets. The deer was only about 15 yards and the bullet punched right though but didn't expand very much; however, it did the job. I just got the orange mmp sabots in and will be switching over to them and save the black sabots for some 300 grain xtp's later on. I intended on bringing the camera with me to post pictures of the bullet performance, but walked right by it on the way out the door. Off hand, does anybody know if switching from the black sabots to the orange sabots would require me to resight the rifle? I will shoot it again to make sure it is still zeroed before shooting at an animal with it, but was curious if anyone had experience with such.
