Just to clarify my position.
My land, my livestock, my crops, my equipment, my taxes, my mortgage. So, if I catch anyone hunting on my land without my permission, I will have them arrested.
What he does on his25 acre corneris of nointerest to me at all. As far as I am concerned, he can kill 100 deer a week on his place. Just don't come over on tomy 165without permission. Four generations of family have livedhere, and I don't look kindly at anyone who tries to make himself to home without an invitation.
All I have to say.
Thank you all

That may be his intentions as well. So the stand is close to your line and is pointed in your direction, some folks put the stand on the other side of the tree for cover. Maybe during a certain wind that stand is perfect for his woods. You assume to much.

You have no proof of any trespass and assume the worst.

All I know is your side of the story and thats not enough. Talk to him next time you see him, of course unless everytime you seeall you do is accuse him of wrong doing, then why would he wanttalk to you.
