Default RE: Scope on a Hawken Rifle?

I have an off set base that the hammer does not need to be adjusted for. I have a Thompson Center 1X scope mounted on it. 1x is all that is legal for muzzleloaders in Wisconsin.

I also bought some plates for different T/C traditional rifles at an auction. I am not POSITIVE and if someone knows, please tell me. I believe these plates are screwed to the top of the rifle. It then says, use a #63-B base which I believe is the base that then attaches to that plate for the mounting of the rings. I did let someone have a plate but they have not got back to me as to whether this worked on their rifle or not.
