I practice safety all the time while hunting. I just did my Illinois Hunter Safety Course a few months ago because my son is going to hunt with me the second season and he falls in that age range that it's required. Sad to say, Make it mandatory or not your still gonna have a certain percentage of guys thats taken the course get hurt doing something stupid...........It's human nature.
