With your shoulder problem you might consider trying the 200gr Shock Wave or the 180 gr Gold Dot they both work quite well on game and for flat shooting at long range. The PB and Sabortooth worked well with 75 or 80 gr for me in the woods but I needed something that shot flatter for long shoots and when I was using Pyrodex and 777 the 200gr Shock Wave really worked well for me with a 100 or a110gr load of 777 they did quite well out to 200yd and the recoil was quite mild.
