The max on my CVA is 100gr loose, so the 90gr that worked good for me the other day is damn near a max load so I wouldn't consider it a low load. For me I would consider 80gr and under a low load. Id say 90-100 gr loose is a good medium load. And for the guns that can handle more loose 110-120 is a heavy load.The recoil wasn't bad, but the Optima Elite is pretty heavy and shootin the tight fitting Shockwaves itwould have been recoiling a little more if it wasn't.
