Not sure when they started drivers training classes thru the schools. I know I had to take it back in 1963.
What has that got to do with hunter saftey?
I personally believe that it (hunter safety)should be taught in schools along with gun safety and even bow safety.
If we started drivers training to save lives, and sex ed to save heart break then I believe the other above named courses will save some lives.

Ya I know in the big cities it wouldn't be well recieved but in the country where they shut down scools and factorys for the first day of rifle deer season I see a boom inrollment.

There are children out there that would like to take those classes who just don't have a father figure to teach them.

If it works for theSwiss it should work for us.
