Most all of the Florida land will allow hog hunting during any of the hunting seasons. They are allowed to be taken year round on private land. You will find that every piece of public land in Florida will have slightly different rules than the others. Many of the public lands will post their specific rules on the internet if you do a search by location name. You can find a link to most all of the wildlife management areas and their rules from the FWC website.
here is the FWC generic statement from their site
Wild hogs: With landowners’ permission, wild hogs may be taken year-round with no bag limits, size limits or licenses required. Wild hogs can be taken on WMAs only during specified seasons, where bag and size limits may apply. For more information on hunting wild hogs on WMAs, consult the specific WMA brochure for the area you want to hunt.
