Seeing how that deer was a severe quarter, you done good, shot placement was perfect, maybe a little high but far enough back to quarter into the chest, if im readin you and your pics right.....
Yeah I was thinking about the line from in point to where the broadhead stopped and then remembered that where the deer was standing the oak and cedar was real soft so his front end was down standing in it.When I went to retieve him he wasn't laying on top of ground,his death throws wore out a shallow area.If he had been level front to rear arrow path should have been into front ofshould...good thing for me it hit spine!
