I would go with the Elite 3200. I have one now (2 3000 B&L prior to 3200), as well a 4200 now and they are pretty hard to beat for the price. I personally have had no problem with any and yes they do come with a lifetime warranty but I have yet to require it. I wouldn' t say they are the best scope I own but as mentioned in their price range, I find them pretty darn hard to beat.
