i use a Greyling fletching jig and i can put on some serious helical to a vane or feather...i pretty much do my entire familys arrows so i normally do about 6 dozen a year at least..we got about 4 guys hunting and a few of them(including me) really go through the arrows
you can get the Greyling jig on Ebay for about $25 and its a great jig....the Blitz is a nice jig but a little too costly for me
