I dont think arrow length matters, but you cant have more than 65% let-off, no unnatural light, like battery operated lights on your sight, and your deer has to meet a certain criteria. Im sure there is more rules that I dont know but that are the main ones that I can think of. The Pope and Young club Club has a minumunof 125 inches for typical, not sure on non-typical.
