Back on topic.

Leupold makes their QRW rings and bases. This is a Weaver styled system and the rings use levers to attach them to the bases.
They also have their LX system although I have never seen it so i can't say how well it works.

Warne also has quick detach rings that use a lever like the Leupolds do. The difference is that Warnes are vertically split rings.

Burris makes QD rings in their ZEE series that also use a lever.
