Knifes, Grinder (Kitchen aid w/attachments, your wife can use it for everything else), Vacuum sealer (Walmart), Jerky/slim jim press (Cabelas Jerky blaster), Hamburger press (Cabelas), hamburger wax papers (cabelas), curing trays (Cabelas) for oven or dehydrator, scale, Don't try to save a buck, I did in the beginning and wasted money, buy a good quality grinder. Buy the food saver continuous roll (Walmart) and make your own bags (Cheaper)!
