Well, PT, did you get a bowl full for supper or did you sample too much throughout the day and leave nothing for the rest of the family?
That makes ALOT of chili ... and boy did we it it up!!! It was kinda spicy for the wife (wimp
) ...My youngest daughter and Andrew both said it was spicy, but too good to not eat ... My oldest daughter and I we added hot sauce
BTW, we replaced the hot salsa with mild for my wife's sake ...... and I added a few tablespoons of brown sugar for the acidity of the maters ...
OH!, we all rated it on a scale from 1-10, 10 being perfect....
Me - 9.9 (gonna try it with beans)
Andrew - 9.99 ...wanted beans (I think he said that cuz I did
)
Youngest daughter - 10
Oldest Daughter - 10
Wife - 7 (too hot
