Default Processing, what equipment do I need?

My previous post revealed many process their own game. I am going to move in this direction for several reasons. 1) it is inconvenient to get the meat to the processor and then go back to pick it up as he is not close 2) i hang my meat in the cooler for 2 weeks, then the processor lets it sit in a cooler for another week in ice water and I don't like that 3) i hang my meat to help tenderize/age and am not confident I am always getting my meat vs. it getting mixed up with others 4) cost

Anyway, can you tell me what equipment to buy? I don't want cheap problematic stuff nor the top of the line, but good quality dependable equipment, probably a meat grinder and a cuber. Not sure what else I might need. Specific brands would help. I know this stuff can get expensive but also know junk equipment can be frustrating and slow.

Pls advise. thanks
