UC its just some gunk in there. Had it happen both the omega and optima. CVA uses a thick nasty packing grease thats in there and it can gum up the firing pin.

It looks like theres a screw that you can remove to pull out the firing pin but its really slim and if i had something that fit, i'd try it.

You Accura has the same set up too.
