Help needed quickly
Our Ml season is only a week long and I have a friend that has a problem with a brand CVA 45 cal optima. The primers are sticking in the breech after firing and are a real pain to remove. After further investigation, he has noticed that the firing pin is protruding from the breech face just a little bit and onlyg goes back in if you pull back on the hammer just a little. Could this be hazardous. I mean, if he slams the breech closed and the firing pin is protruding, could it cause the gun to fire? I suggested that he not fire the gun until he can contact CVA in the morning. I know when I had a problem with my optima pro they had a brand new one at my door with 48 hours. I just wanted to ask you pros.
