Ive owned alot of scopes 40-400$. IMHO, The best deal on a scope right now is a nikon prostaff or a sightron SI series. Both are around 130$ for a 3-9X. I checked out both at gander MT this summer for a "loaner/ beat on" gun, I needed a inexpensive scope for. Side by side, they were about the same but I went w/ the sightron cause it is made in Japan and the prostaff was phillipines which is usually better than china quality but below japan. Next to my ziess and leupold it was almost as clear and bright . check em out.I suggest going to a store and see for yourself instead of ordering from a catalog base on others opinions though.
