had a Martin dealer tell me he had to send 3 Savannah bows back this year because of cracking in the finish.
I wouldn't doubt it. Thats ashame. Thier finish is usually pretty good.
I would say burnie is correct, its probably part epoxy finish and howatt just calls it plasticyn.
