RE: What size bucks do you shoot and why?
I've shot my share of smaller bucks. As I get older I don't need to shoot the first legal buck I see. I would rather take a Doe for meat, and pass the small bucks to give myself a chance for a 3.5 yr. buck or older. If I shoot that first Spike or Fork horn I see then I'll never know what might be coming behind him.
