well for one set up a game camera where its hidden... locked shut.. adn secued to the tree so that only a key can take it off and get his pic that way then take his pic w/ your camera and if worse comes to worse when gun season comes round shoot him in th foot or leg and call the cops ... say that you were threatend( which you kinda are) and that way they cant say you have no proof
