Ok this is what the guy said in that forum.
"I shoot a White Super 91 and one time in texas after hogs I forgot to do my regular preshot and my charge didn't go off just the primer."
Get it, the primer went off, the primer went off. No weak spring, no flattened nipple, likely a blocked flash hole.
