while almost any bullet today, given the proper weight to speed ratio, will cleanly harvest deer sized game, there are some other factors you might want to consider. Ballistic Coefficent is one of the things I pay particularly close attention to...while a soft lead point will kill just as swiftly as an sst, an sst will drop less at longer yardage and will not be as adversly affect by wind drift. If you hunt 200 yards and in, then disregard of course, but i like the challenge of 300+ yard shots....
