Not that it really matters, but your turkey looks like a young gobbler. Jakes probably won't have a beard yet. I say this because the head looks like a gobblers. Are you sure it was a hen? Either way, it doesn't matter, both are perfectly legal to take. Congrats on the kill.I bet it will taste real good.
