being that they have not closed on it yet the owner can deny the sale to them. the ones that went on the land and did that crap were tresspassing as the deal has not been made. And if they did any damage to the property such as rut it up they could face damage of private property. tell the owner what is going on. maybe youll be able to change his mind. Proabably some big shot city loser and his smartass kid.
Yup... Im gonna call em back up tonight... And that was what I was wondering is how they can come on the land with out it even being closed on... and I didn't mention this earlier but the weekened before they said they had been out there with there truck way back in the old pasture and driving around in the field....
