being that they have not closed on it yet the owner can deny the sale to them. the ones that went on the land and did that crap were tresspassing as the deal has not been made. And if they did any damage to the property such as rut it up they could face damage of private property. tell the owner what is going on. maybe youll be able to change his mind.
