I own 2007 model I40 and like everyone else says, it is great. I think people have almost convinced me into trying the scoutguard because I have heard a couple people saying how the trigger speed on the 2008 I40 is slower. I will definitely stick with the IR type because I don't like buying and changing batteries. Good luck!
