During my stay in Bedford, I had a bad expierence with one of the Motels. With a reservation made in February for a room @$99.00 per night. Upon arrival and check in we were informed that there was no reservation and the room was now $125.00 per night. The person on the desk was very uncooperative and would not accept my word.
To make a long story short, I informed Ken Watkins or the incident and the facts and he told me that he would take care of it. Yesterday after some other correspondance I receieved an email from the travel bureau that I was being issued a refund on the overcharge and a letter of apology.
Thank you again Ken and you and the IBO do carry some weight if anybody had any doubt.
