I really dont know what my max is for any of them. I dont go to the gym and max out. I go there to stay in shape.
i dont go to a gym at all. i just rip concrete everyday and lug pannels that are 101lbs a piece twoat a time. so figure a basic house is 200 lin. ft. thats 100 trips w/ 200lbs on you shoulder all day every day.... its a blue collar gym i guess you could say lol
