Hey pup if your from Chewelah, the Deer shouldn' t be far from you, maybe get a little higher, I bagge my first Mulie 3 years ago, just out side of Rice, so they are around just tend to stay up on the mountains. Maybe you could head over Sherman pass I know there are tons of them up that way all the way down to Tonasket. Hope that will help, you shouldn' t have to drive far.
