BTW, made another batch of jerky using your recipe, everyone loves it. I also started sprinkling it with coarse black pepper before dehydrating it. Got a new dehydrator from Cabelas, the smaller of the 2 commercial types. Has 12 racks and variable heat and timers, works great.
Dr. Andy whats the name of the dehydrator? I'm in the market for one. How many times have you used it?
