Remington Core Lock Ultras are another good high velocity slug, but they aren't cheap. If you can't get slugs in the 2000 fps range to group, try something a little slower like 1500-1600 fps.

My slug gun would not group SSTs. It shoots BRI-style Winchesters (1450 fps) and Brenneke sabots (1630 fps) really well.
