I shot a eight pointer last year at 10 yards while he was feeding on acorns.After the shot, clean pass through, he mule kicked, took two quick steps and then stopped. Hebegan to look at where I hit him as if he got stung by something.After several seconds hestarted to feed again. After about 30 seconds in hetook of atlike mock 10 and piled up 30 yards away. Had no clue he was hit with the RAGE!!! He was mighty tasty and looks great on my wall. Keep those things sharp and ready to go. I normally shoot some for arrow flight then put new ones on for hunts.
