I got a doe last night. what an ordeal! I knocked my peep out of the string(it was still in the string but turned sideways so the string was going right through it. didn't notice until i drew on the doe, i thought the string was just twisted goofy), hit her high and in the shoulderwith rage 2 blade. got TERRIBLE penetration. I'm never using Rage again! I've blown through shoulders at 170fps with muzzy's and now with 270 i can't????

I looked for it for it until 2 flashlights died last night, spent the night at the hunting land (unplanned - no food!), looked all morning, gave up and found her on my way out of the woods. Then to top it off I got stuck with my wife's car on the way out of the woods. My neighbor decided to 'fix' the road on Sunday night. I'm going to have a couple words with him

Anyway, my streak of getting does in september is now at 8, I made it on my last hunt!
