I am not trying to start a war with everyone here and my comments were not directed specifically to you or anyone else here advocating violence.

I agree that a good A$$kicking might solve the problem, but it could also cause many more. Any act of damage or violence on his neighbour could result in charges being laid against HIM, not the neighbour. If the guys are such pr$ckheads that they go to these lengths, they would probably press charges against him if he were to act. I would think that it would be relatively easy to catch these guys in the act. Then they would have to deal with the authorities.

I agree that he should try to avoid lawyers at all costs!!!!! This should be easier to settle than that.
