Get a topo, do some distance scouting, and most importantly find out where others are hunting on the property and what tactics they employ...then adjust.
As he said, nothing to it, but to do it. Do some diligent pre-scouting and you can put yourself in the game to take one of those big dawgs by surprise. I would love to be in your shoes.
