We were headed back from our college baseball game in my truck (i wasnt driving, one of the catchers was because i pulled my quad during the game but thats another story) and we had been scoping out all the bean and corn fields (3 out of the 4 people in the truck are avid hunters) and we didnt see anything. Finally i was like "man i dont think we will see any deer tonight" not one minute later i spotted two doe in a corn field. " oh theres some doe". Right when i said they they bolted from the field, one headed towards the woods the other towards the highway. I was like " slow down....slow down.... DUDE STOP!!!" we missed it by maybe two feet. The driver didnt see it till it was right in front of my truck. Ha talk about a bad day for me, pulled quad and out for the rest of the season AND a possibly totaled new truck! Lets just say the driver was on alert the whole rest of the way home
