I guess it depends on how many deer you plan to kill. If it's more than one your a lucky guy.

If the manufacturer does not recommend sharpening them then that might be something to think about. If your gonna use the same broadheads on deer as you practice with you might want want to think about that as well. Can't imagine shooting a deer with the same broadhead I have been using to pound theblock and the rhinhart.
