I tried to give away three professionally processed deer last year to the local foodbanks and they would not take it. Couple hundred pounds of meat and sausage. They are getting their protein from peanut butter instead of nice healthy venison.

There is an organization called hunters for the hungry. It may be in your state. they will take just about anything.
