not sure about 3.0.. I use photoshop cs2.. it has a menu across the top..(file edit image etc. etc.) when you have thepicture loaded....click on image..you should see a drop down menu..click on image size then enter the deminsions you want.
as i said tho.. i use cs2..not sure if 3.0 was like that or not.
