The second one in from the top looks the most intriguing to me. It is definiely a hunting tool, but the size is off a bit from what I would expect. A little bigger, and I would say a skinning knife.
looks like some of the bottom ones are "blanks", ready to be shaped, and some are only half done.
No doubt about it, you have found someone's "tool box".
