RE: O/T Tonights hunt
We do actually have rattlesnakes in Wisconsin. In fact the DNR planted Timber Rattlesnakes we were told in the northern forests. They want to bring the forest back to the way it was a couple hundred years ago. Many of the people up here are not real happy about the Timber Rattlesnake Plants, but like I told them.. your chance of seeing one unless you go where they were planted is next to nothing.
Now in the southern bluffs and in counties along the mississippi river there is supposed to be snakes up in the bluffs. When I was a kid, my folks claim I came across a Rattlesnake when we were hiking the bluffs, but I do not remember it.
