I've seen Michael Waddel take this shot numerous time! I'm not saying to do it but if you are that good with your equipment I would aim about 6" above your dot and you should take out both lungs and exit behind the opposite shoulder.

They way he is facing, he has to turn or walk right by you, just wait.
Oh yes, I've seen Waddel take this shot more times than I can count. Every one I've seen him take on TV the deer piled up in sight of the camera. If your that good do it. I see a lot of you guys saying you wouldn't do it but I bet when the moment came 50% of you guys that said no would be squeezing the release.
