Letting the rifle cool is super important. Yeah, it takes a log time but its neccesarry we all have to do it. I put a 15 min. break between each 3 shot group. The most important thing is to calm down and have confidence. If you think the group will be bad it will be bad. It may be that you are not a 100 yard MOA shooter and 1'' at 50 yards should be 2'' at 100 yards anyway. Check your scope first then let someone else shot your rifle. Once again if you think your shot won't hit the bullzeye it won't.
