A more than worthy adversary, especially given the lack of hunter/rancher organization and homogenous action plan/message. SSS is great if you're in atemporary and immediateposition to utilize it, but overall, it's NOT a management plan that will help in the long term. The quicker hunters realize this, the better chance they have to climb out of this hole. What BS.
