I haven't been on much lately.. and I don't usually do this sort of thing. It's actually really the first time I've ever looked hard at your new piece.
But if I were to handle it like it was my first day hunting it with the little knowledge I have of this piece of ground... where the red Y intersects is where I would set up to hunt this buck of yours.
A funnel is created by that pond. One pinches between open farmland and water and the second is to the west of the pond and must cross a creek.
Take this info. with you though.. If that inside corner is not visible to the road.. deer may find it easier to cross open field.
But it is my guess.. that sooner or later a few rubs and/or scrapes should dot this intersection. This is probably a morning sit.. but could go either way. If its too far from the acorns.. I'd advise to leave this area and get closer to them. But this area should serve well as the breeding season begins.
