They were really tasty.. I simply shook them up in a flour, salt and pepper mixture..preheated the pan and fried on medium..instead of medium high...much better..I added the shrooms because I happened to have some.

The potaoes in the back ground is an Israeli dish..latkes..
They are shredded potato{ Squeeze out all liquid} , 1 egg. 1/4 cup of flour. salt and pepper ..patty and fry..
